• Fine art prints are limited or open editions as stated in the product description.

• All sales are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via secure online payment platforms. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the product type. We aim to process and ship orders within 5–10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information (if applicable).

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but in some cases, we may offer exchanges or store credit.

6. Workshop & Event Policy

Tickets for workshops or events are non-refundable but may be transferable upon request. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and given the option of a refund or reschedule.
